She stands at the very edge. Not because she wants to jump, but because she has arrived there. The path to the cliff was long, full of falls and struggle. The wind that tangles her hair no longer feels hostile to her. It is real.

It is not a fall. It is a realization.

She understood that even from what hurt, something new can arise. That things happen as they should, even when in that moment we have no idea why. That even pain has its meaning. She stopped looking for answers in others and began to find them within herself.

On her shoulders she carries traces of the past. Scars, wounds, reproaches. But they no longer weigh her down. They are part of her, but not a burden. She now knows that she is strong precisely because of them.

And so she stands there. On the edge of silence.
And in that silence she finally hears her own voice.
